Last updated: 4 October 2026. This English version is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit ynventra.com or request a demo, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why
Demo requests
When you fill in the form we collect your full name, your work email, your phone number if you provide it, the hotel or chain, the number of hotels, the systems you use and any message you add. We use this data to handle your request, arrange the demo and send you the information you ask for.
Emails you send us
If you write to demo@ynventra.com, we process the data included in your message in order to reply to you.
Technical browsing data
Like any website, the server records technical data about each connection, such as the IP address, the date and time or the page requested, to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use analytics or advertising tools and we do not create profiles.
3. Legal basis
- Demo requests and emails: your consent, which you give when you submit the form or write to us, and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Technical browsing data: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
- Data from requests and emails is kept while we handle your request and, if you become a client, for as long as the business relationship lasts. If that relationship does not begin, we delete it once it is no longer needed or as soon as you ask us to.
- Once the purpose has been fulfilled, data may only be kept, blocked, for the legal periods during which liability may arise, and is then deleted.
- Technical server logs are kept for a limited period for security reasons.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. It is only accessed by the providers we need to run the service, who act as data processors and may not use it for any other purpose:
- Hostinger International Ltd, based in Cyprus (European Union): website hosting and email service, including the sending of demo requests.
- Google (Google Fonts): to display the website's fonts, your browser downloads them from Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google LLC may process this data in the United States and is certified under the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the United States.
We will also disclose data to the authorities when required to do so by law.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to legal@inventraconsulting.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If necessary to verify your identity, we may ask you for additional information.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Data processed on the Ynventra platform
This policy covers the data on this website. The data that hotels enter on the platform (app.ynventra.com) is processed on behalf of each hotel, which is the controller of that data, under the data processing agreement we sign with each client. The platform database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland) and each account is isolated from the rest.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to information and providers that offer sufficient data protection guarantees.
9. Minors
This website is aimed at hospitality professionals and is not intended for minors.
10. Commercial communications
We will only contact you in relation to the request you make. We do not send commercial communications that you have not requested or authorised in advance, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page, together with its update date.
